Heat resistant paints do work!

An S.o.s. from china

Back in May, our Chinese branch was sent an S.O.S. from the number 1 small motor maker in the world, Nidec motor corporation. Nidec Motor Coporation (NMC) is a leading manufacturer of commercial, industrial, and appliance motors and controls.

One Will Corporation was tasked with the challenge of using its know-how to make the Nidec ovens more efficient by decreasing the amount of heat loss that comes from everyday production. For this task we used our newly named OW Solar Coat which is a thermal insulating ceramic coating.

The project called for us to coat several of their industrial oven which can reach temperatures inside of up to 1800 degrees celsius. The project has been a huge success and it has enabled us to receive requests from other Nidec factories in need of the same solution.
